We are not responsible for any import taxes due on orders exported outside of the UK. These charges are at the customer's responsibility.
If required import taxes are not paid on time or an item is unclaimed or undeliverable, the order will be returned to AVF. Upon return, the customer will then be responsible for the cost of the new delivery. The customer will be contacted by our dedicated shipment team to arrange this re dispatch.
