Please read and understand our returns policy before purchase
Each item is carefully hand-picked and curated at Porter&Cook. Once our customer has paid for their item(s) we work to get your item(s) prepared, packed and shipped to you within 2 working days via our courier service. For custom orders we are currently working on a 4 week lead time. We provide all of our customers with tracking information.
At the moment, we are still a very small business which means we do not offer refunds. Items purchased online are eligible for exchange within 5 working days after delivery. To be eligible for an exchanges , your item must be in the exact condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags intact. Please note that sending your item(s) back for exchange comes at your own cost, we will not cover delivery of returned items.
